Windswept at Lewes

Windswept at Lewes is currently 50% sold out, with the final phase of site work to break ground Q3 2023. This is a “Workforce Housing” project that aims to provide an underserved market with affordable housing. Currently the coastal Delaware market has neglected to deliver a new housing project that is affordable to average working family. We aim to fulfill that demand and serve our local workers with the Windswept at Lewes project. Homes in Windswept will start at $290,000.
