Henlopen Landing

Henlopen Landing is conveniently located on Plantation Roads in Lewes and across the street from Lowe’s. The community was the first major lot acquisition for NVR at the Delaware beaches in the early 2000’s. The project was wildly successful at the time with over 50 sales per year. Many other National builders took notice and began establishing divisions in Coastal Delaware.
